Feast Day of Our Lady of Piat is annually celebrated every
July 2 each year in
Piat, Cagayan Province the home of the Original Roman Catholic icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Piat.

The highlight of the event is the procession of the miraculous image of
Our Lady of Piat being venerated over 400 years by thousands of Piateños, Cagayanos and Filipinos around her shrine Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Piat every after mass and sometimes around the town in early morning.
